Akwaaba!

Welcome and thank you for visiting the official website of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated – Gamma Alpha Sigma Zeta Chapter. It is my extreme pleasure to greet you as the first and Centennial President of this dedicated, dynamic, innovative, historical, and gracious chapter, where we have committed ourselves to blazing new paths throughout Ghana and West Africa.

Gamma Alpha Sigma Zeta Chapter has the distinction of being the first NPHC sorority to be chartered in the nation of Ghana. Since our historic chartering on August 29, 2020, we have worked fervently to uphold the principles upon which Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. was founded: Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood, and Finer Womanhood. As a community-conscious, action-oriented organization comprised of dynamic, college-educated women, we strive to implement quality programming to impact our nation positively.

As we embrace the extraordinary, Gamma Alpha Sigma Zeta chapter continues to serve  our community through Z-HOPE™ and established partnership with The Domestic Violence and Victims Support Unit (DOVVSU) of the Ghana Police Service, which has made a difference in the lives of women and children in Accra.

For the 2022-2024 Sorority year, our areas of focus that will drive our initiatives will be

  • Ashanti Region: Kumasi- We will assist in the construction of Yaa Serwaa Legacy Academy
  • Ashanti Region: Ejisu- Service area
